QWERTYas1: Reverse image search doesn't come up with anything, this IS a character from an earlier post but that account doesn't seem to be the original content creator. The only tag from the other image >>1707982 that goes anywhere is 'ElFikuWTF', who is a youtuber, but they don't create these kind of models. Apparently a friend created a model for them that is stylistically similar to this one, so maybe that mysterious person is responsible for this...?
The size is a pity, because that's a really well-made model and a super smooth animation. I can't read the watermark in the top left corner unfortunately >.>

Whether or not they created this animation, however, is hard to say. It's a free rig, so anyone with cinema4D could have made this. Saying that, I'm tempted to get it just for this rig... >.>
