An_Onymous: I thought the paws were supposed to be gloves, and indeed that all of Felicia's features were supposed to be a (highly revealing) costume of some kind. (I've never played any of the Darkstalkers series.)

Chimble: An On:She's an anthromorphic entertainer in a big city somewhere in the Darkstalker universe. She was originally a normal cat that can either transform into a half human half cat being or just was turned into a half human.

This is all depicting from what i've seen in game, I don't know for sure.
