Thornbrier: Actually, humans and Klingons can't successfully mate without minor genetic engineering tweeks. We were told this in regards to both half-breeds we know of. All future generations seem to be fine.

Romulans and Klingons however are fine, as are human and Romulan or human and Vulcan. Hmm, makes me wonder about Klingon and Vulcan.
