Chupacabra555: It all depends on what you, as a fan, consider EDI to look like.

Yes, she can get a new human 'skin', but only the previoius occupant of her 'platform' had that particular look, "Dr. Eva Core". Throughout the game EDI maintained her 'gynoid' appearance, with the option of wearing Dr. Core's uniform.
