fishmonger: What is the difference between the "clean" and "lore-friendly" versions? I can't see any difference, but then again I'm not familiar with VtM lore.

Anonymous1: @fishmonger: Me neither but, the difference is the blood or whatever's on the dick

Anonymous2: In classic VtM vampires can't produce the lubrificant needed for sex, neither cum. So if they want to have sexual intercourse, they need to use something else, like blood.

Most of the vampires in the game don't even bother doing it, since sucking blood feels much, much better than sex. Jeanette (the girl in the gif) is the only one in the game that you can actually have legitimate sex with, although she says she found a way to make it pleasurable for you both.

I heard that in the new VtR vampires can have normal sex, but i can't really confirm it.

In the older versions of VtM, vampires can't have sex easily, that's true. In the 20th Anniversary VtM editon, that rule has been changed, so lots of vampires can have sex (and even feel pleasure from it), but sex, no matter how good it is, doesn't compare to drinking blood when you're a vampire or a ghoul. Soe vamps use sex as an easy way to feed.

It usually costs blood to have sex as an undead vampire though, so most Kindred tend to stop short of actually having sex, and instead seducing their victims with soft caresses, whispers and so on.

Anonymous3: Jeanette is a Malkavian...insane. Her insanity includes having physical relations (beyond drinking blood) with her victims. In her madness, she probably believes she's having sex.
