Robotic_Doofus: I never understood the method of making a background out of a larger or otherwise edited copy of the exact same character or object in question. I'd rather they leave it blank and let us assume the character is just standing around in that massive all-consuming whitespace along with billions of others, instead of what in this case appears to be the effects of some really bad acid.
Anonymous2: Robotic Doofus: Yeah, definitely. I don't know why that style became so popular. I'd also rather see whitespace than the "zoomed-in copy of the character" cliche.
