Morgil: Are you sure this is Rosa? It looks more like Celes from VI, what with the headband and all.

Anonymous1: It's Rosa, I got it from an imageboard for FF4-6 with her clearly labeled, but that imageboard is now defunct.

Also, headband + blonde = Celes? Rosa has a tiara, always has. This isn't highly detailed so the gray coloring can be interpreted as metal, and her leotard is pink as you would expect from Rosa rather than green, which you would expect for Celes.
