In all honesty, he probably isn't even an actual skeleton, but a living mass of magic with a Soul that just so happens to resemble a skeleton. Look at it this way, if he were an actual skeleton, he wouldn't be able to blink, which he's seen doing a few times, in game. Not rotted skin that's still clinging to the bone, either. His socket, straight-up, closed like an eyelid to wink at the screen. This is a fictional medium & real life logic can't be applied to it. Therefore, your claim is invalid.
