Anonymous3: Anonymous 2 is the exact reason the founding fathers stated that "The general population sould not have the right to vote." Most of the population are eather ignorant (dumb on purpose) or just that dumb.
Anonymous4: @Anonymous: yes, the founding fathers would just LOVE the colonialist mass-surveillance police state the country has turned into. They would all have unconditionally supported Hillary I'm sure.
Urbane_Guerrilla: Servalense can only be understood as a brand name. Anon2 flunks both civics and civil rights, being not smart enough to make it into the Libertarians.
For instance, he's entirely unfamiliar with the contents of The Federalist (Papers) He has, in his unknowingness, become quite the good little Nazi.
Urbane_Guerrilla: Anyone who insists now that Donald Trump is destroying all of civil rights and all our liberties believes in the Easter Bunny. And deserves to. As a secondary symptom of his disordered thinking, he might vote for Bernie -- again, I mean.
Urbane_Guerrilla: @Anonymous: Information which you do not manage to exhibit, link to, or make us believe you even have. There's Lame, and there's Amputee -- a troll without a leg to stand on. After all, it is clear an anti-American socialist is not better than the childish buffoon, no matter how devoutly you may believe, or pretend, that. For a generation and a half now, every time a Democrat gets into the Oval Office, my faith in the American electorate fades more.
Urbane_Guerrilla: I'm a Libertarian. And I've seen Socialism in action.
You wouldn't have liked it either, not remotely. Hence, Less Socialism = More Happiness. Also more millionaire retirees, which I think is good, having at least a little understanding of economics. You can go hit the books to learn how to quit being mankind's enemy. If you are not down with free-market capitalism, you are not down with Life itself.
Urbane_Guerrilla: I put it to you that if not interfered with, these *would* be millionaire retirees. Where should I place blame? -- on the State sucking the insides out of the nest egg. It is possible to make a body of rules to prevent anyone from becoming The Richest Man In Babylon, which I recommend reading.
There's this little problem with people not getting *any* teaching in economics in high school. I think certain political entities want it that way. I say fuck the entities; they do not have your interests in mind. I think this answers in a general way your remark about "can't afford to retire."
Dollar signs: without a value on tradable things, and without money moving about doing valuable things you completely lack any chance of repairing an environment or any environmental thing. You absolutely can't do it. The free market is in accord with the human instinct, as is the profit motive. There have been those who tried to implement some other method or system. They were called Communists, and now all that are left are a few small remnant rump countries under Communism, kept there by disproportionately large armies, used for internal suppression -- and oppression. Which only allows wealth for the strongmen on top -- when did Kim Jong Il miss a meal? There's nothing left to fix environmental problems or anything else, like say a power distribution grid.
The free market is mankind's salvation. Expect it to work out that way. Enemies of mankind have this bad habit of not knowing they are.
I've earned my presumption, which is more than I could say for you; take it like a good boy. Better yet, work up to taking it like a man.
