As for the "ghost girl" character in the posture, the requester did not give context but I did an image search to find out more. It is posted on http://arablogs.catedu.es/blog.php?id_blog=882&id_articulo=185368 where you can see it is indicated as representing the novel. There is a part which mentions "ghosts, or ghosts soon to be. We were ten children" so it appears to be taking that interpretation. One of the WW2 lolis who died and remains in England as a ghost.
