Ranko is just a name Ranma uses to hide from his mother, it is NOT what his female half is called. His female half has the same name as male half... I.E Ranma.
Yuuki Rito used the alias Yuusaki Riko and pretended to be her own cousin... I.E it isn't the name of the female version of Rito but it has far more validity than the others since she have been female only on a few occasions and more than one in the cast thinks Riko is actually her name.
As for Naruko? That is a complete bastardisation/fandom of the name Naruto and has no relevance to the series at all.
As for the whole rule 63 thing? Rule63 is used when a character is shown genderswapped in an image. Nowhere does it say that the genderswap only applies to fandom genderswaps. I.E rule63 is to be applied to ALL genderswap images, even if the genderswap is canon.
Anonymous9: I don't know whether it applies in every circumstance, but there are a fair few Japanese feminine given names which end with the Kanji for "child", pronounced "ko" in this use.
I know of at least two spellings for "Ranko": "Wild Child" and "Orchid Child". (As written in the manga, "Ranma" is spelled "Wild Horse" and, if I remember correctly, "Saotome" is spelled "Rice-picking girl")
