Anonymous3: I figured it was from Pixiv but couldn't find it at first because I was looking under the tag 「ブレスオブファイア」 (the full name of the game). This is tagged with just 「ブレス」the first word of the name. But yeah, it's by a guy who goes by 「ソウスケ＠肉」or "Sousuke@Niku" source details posted above.
