razgrizsqdn: Uh...I believe Manic was his brother in that Series, Not his son. Sonic is Sonic, He has a Distinct Look so it's easy to tell.

Anonymous9: I remember requesting this drawing for a story I was writing at the time. It had Sonic getting displaced in time and winding up in the future, then winding up dating Lara-Su and things eventually moving to the image above. So, yes, that is supposed to be Sonic.
