Kingtop: Not Porkyman Mystery Dungeon or Rule 63.
This is clearly based on the purple kecleon that appeared in the show. The one in Porkyman Mystery Dungeon had green head markings while the one in the show had head marking that were only slightly duller than a regular coloured one. Kecleon can be either gender too. Please learn to Porkyman better.
