phosphos: Also, you should probably change that tag from Nicole_(Metroid) to Nicole_(Dead or Alive) as that is her only appearance as a character despite being a direct Halo reference within the Dead or Alive universe. Samus herself was in Dead or Alive Dimensions but was never able to directly square off against Nicole. I believe this pairing may be a reference to how Nicole's movepool was granted to Rachel and how the appearance of Zero Suit Samus has been alikened to Rachel by numerous artists.
