traffik: I don't think that's Linus. The hair doesn't match Linus' at all. Going by the hairstyle, it looks more like it's supposed to be Franklin, although his skin's not shaded.

Anonymous3: Purely based on the canon of the series, it's Franklin. If it is Pigpen, he cleaned himself up in a hurry. Either that, or who the guy is just doesn't matter to the artist
