Getter_the_Great: Basically, it's the original type PSP begging you not to abandon her for the new Go that was just unveiled - which means this was probably done rather quickly. Much props to the artist for amusing writing and a very nice picture in very short order. Also, for those not in the now, the PSP Go lacks a UMD slot (looks like it's going to run solely on downloaded content, presumably to counter piracy?) and will be using a new kind of memory saving device (another new Sony-exclusive format yet to be actually created), which sorta plays into this pic.

Anyway, translation time (all the lines are PSP-tan's)

"Don't run off with a hussy like PSP-go*"

"My slot is so addicted to your UMD that it's crying like a baby"

"Don't we match perfectly? Look - my memory slot* is all ready too"

"Don't throw me away... hold me tight"

Just a couple last notes on this: written Japanese has a habit of using a technique where they will write a word in kanji (more complicated symbols) and then have yomigana above or on the side that shows how to read/pronounce it. Now, in a lot of manga, and indeed in this picture, some writers will put a completely different word from the kanji given in the yomigana, which often suggests an interesting reversal on the original purpose of yomigana: the yomigana here instead shows what the character is saying out loud, while the kanji it's attached to can help clarify the meaning of what they're saying. Case in-point: "A girl like that" has "PSP-go" attached as yomigana, and "my ass" has "Memory slot" This leads to some rather interesting translation problems, which I took two different approaches to attacking: For the initial line, I combined the two ("a girl like that" and "PSP-go") to make the line I did ("Don't run off with a hussy like PSP-go"), while for the second instance, I dropped the explanatory position and just kept the Memory slot line, since it fit with the rest of the innuendo (which, for the slow among you, is that the UMD slot is her pussy, her Memory slot is her asshole, and the UMD is your cock.)

Last note: Most of you non-import gamers are probably unfamiliar with the CERO - suffice to say, they're the Japanese version of the ESRB, and Z is roughly equivalent to an M or AO rating, depending on the individual title (obviously an AO here)
