Sure Cool World is more obscure than Who Framed Roger Rabbit so not as many people know or have seen it and the people that have would probably agree that it’s not great, but it’s at least interesting. The idea of interacting, mixing with toons instead of viewing them as entertainment but actually living with or co-existence and the prospect of a toon meeting its creator and that they all come from somewhere or someone are all intriguing concepts. Maybe it’s not explored or executed in the best way but at least it’s something.
Also I doubt anyone would dispute against the fact that Holli is incredibly easy on the eyes. I mean you might forget most of the movie but you’ll probably remember her more than anything else in that film.
