I don't think she has enough to need support, or enough for there to be a hollow.
tyciol: rule 8 isn't just cleavage, it's ecchi because Odlulu doesn't normally wear a swimsuit or expose this much skin.
Obviously it would not be if she actually had a swimsuit episode (in which case we'd just post that on a general wiki) but you're talking a char who normally covers her entire arms and even thighs/ankles due to a long skirt and high boots, the lewdest thing you normally see of her is just her knees. It's subjective.
