H_Falcon: Ratchet doesn't have those vents in the side of his head. This really looks like Binaltech/Alternators Silverstreak or Smokescreen. Since it lacks the decals of Smokescreen I'll go with Silverstreak.
(Yes I know this considers me as a nerd cause I know these things. Don't care)
