Anonymous1: This is the cover of a futa doujin. I haven't found a translation, but as far as I can tell from the raw version, the party is battling monsters, but the monsters knock out all three of the guys and, before dieing, hit Rosa with a status effect that gives her a dick, which she then screws Rydia with in hopes of getting rid of it. Rydia is, doubtlessly, ashamed, which only doubles when she realizes the guys had been watching that whole time.
