SparktehFox: Yes. In "A Fish out of Water", Meg flashes a group of students and one of them remarks, "one's an innie and one's an outie!" In "Finder's Keepers" while Meg and Chris are on a Jetski Chris remarks that Meg's nipples are poking him in the back and Meg answers that she's cold. Chris then asks why he feels three, and Meg remarks that "two of them are moles," mistaking superfluous nipples for moles. Chris says "those numbers still don't add up," but if you remember one of them is inverted, then it makes sense. In "Meg Stinks" Peter took Meg to get piercings and nipple rings can fix inverted nipples, hence the lack of an inverted nipple here.
Meg also used to have a lion's tail, and Peter said he used to mistake her for a house cat when she was a baby.
