Assuming the artist pays attention to details, the reason this character has five digits on each limb is because it is an Avatar rather than a regular old Na'vi. Avatars are a mix between human and Na'vi genetics. Perhaps either they decided to circumcise all Avatars once they were about to the life stage of infancy. Or, possibly, THEY'RE GODDAMN ALIEN THINGS AND THAT'S JUST HOW THEIR PENISES ARE. Asking for accuracy when it comes to drawing fictitious characters is like...well you're better off bitching at a furry for drawing an anthropomorphic creature with anatomical oddities.
