skottichan: Malingerer: Genetics. She's from a family of dark-haired people with two dark-haired sisters. What are the odds of Narcissa turning out as blonde as Lucius? I went with the movie-verse interpretation of Narcissa for that reason: naturally black with added dyed streaks.
