Otaku_H: Wow, this picture has got to be somewhere around 15 years old. At least, I've got one very similar to this in my archive dating back from my BBS days, mid 90s. This one looks a little more... smooth? Like someone took the original, turned it into a high compression jpg, then passed it through a smoothing filter and outputted it with less compression.
