Anonymous2: Technically Basil and several other characters debuted on a leaked sketch which found its way onto /b/ -- so the character design existed long before this porn did. Anyone could have made it.

Anonymous3: Hello, Smart Anon here, Boxdog is from a comic on drunkduck.com and is made by Weaver, who made Rubyquest, Nanquest, and I believe a comic called Divequest. Boxdog is pretty much a sad and also funny side of Weaver's works.
