Anonymous3: King of the hill would have been the best show ever if they had just had Hank divorce or kill her in season 1. She contributed nothing good to the show. My favorite episode was the one where she fell out of a plane and the parachute didn't open. My least favorite episode was the one right after when we found out she survived.
Scanner: In any other instance, this would probably just be another run-of-the-mill picture of a nude cartoon sitcom character... but there's a psychological torment angle to it that makes it stand out.
The use of perspective and the focus on her feet tells a story. A story which perhaps implies that Peggy has been forced into this situation and that she's being photographed or filmed against her will, with the camera focusing on her unnaturally large feet; her physical feature that she feels most ashamed of and insecure about. Being filmed in the nude and possibly sexually abused is bad enough.. but having her unattractive, imperfect, unfeminine feet exposed to the world to see is seemingly a far worse fate in her eyes.
It's enticing in a weird, power-hungry way. Like degrading and demeaning an otherwise "perfect 10" female character for having tiny breasts or teasing a healthy-sized character by calling her a fatty.
