Here's one way: http://www.yellowpipe.com/yis/tools/ASCII-HTML-Characters/index.php
(ñ is character #241.)
Alternatively, you can do what I often do with special characters: type them in Word and then copy/paste them here. A lot of them have quick, easy-to-remember shortcuts in Word, like (on a PC) control+shift+`, N for ñ. Admittedly, many of them don't, but if there are special characters you find yourself using frequently that don't you can set custom keyboard shortcuts for them.

How do you get the ~ over the n, by the way?
