Further note that the uploader is Anonymous. The pic wasn't actually uploaded by anon, since that is not possible. It was uploaded by a regular user who has since been deleted from the database.
I will notify Shish that he should either make it clear that the error isn't really an error or he should make the uploader non-clickable when it is anonymous.
