There is a (hypothetically) "Report Image" option, just between the (hypothetically) "Image Controls" and "Friends of Paheal" (hypothetically) listed directly above and below that option respectably.
Then you type your (hypothetically) reason for reporting this image and then after you wrote them you (hypothetically) press the "Report" button, after that a moderator (hypothetically) checks your report and then (hypothetically) proceeds to verify if it has a base.
If (hypothetically) it does then the admin proceeds with his (hypothetically) action, be it retag the picture with the correct tags, source the picture or remove the picture (hypothetically) alltogether.
