Malkalypse: In the Alien universe canon it's never established what sex (if any) the warriors are. Their reproductive role is strictly to hunt down hosts for the facehuggers.

Anonymous5: if anyone actually read the books you would know that when a queen tears her egg sack she requires a mate to inseminate her. drones and warriors will fight for the right to mate with the queen though even when they win they are beaten viciously by the queen before finally matting and when done the queen kills the drone.
(But ı thought workers are female too)
