Comixfan: I love the Liz render, but not crazy about the rest. Wish I could help you with the loop information, but Render/CG work is not a skill set I have.

Turhake: for loops i have found keyframes pretty handy. one to start and one to end when you have got starting pose and then amount needed between them to animate the thing.
