If you go to C:/RiotGames/League of legends/RADS/projects/lol_air_client/releases/0.0.1.31/deploy/assets/images/champions You will find all summoner splash art and icons. To make this image in place of the original download this one and name it "Ziggs_Splash_3" then drag it into the "champions" folder and replace the original image. I know it's a lot of work, but it's worth it! ;)
