kitsuneyoukai: @bAv-R34: mfw its a struggle to get 30$ a page with 10-12 panels, non copy pasted or traced :I and then i get called money grubbing! ...
Anonymous1: wow such bitching....yes, 6 changelings were copied and pasted, forgive me if I didnt draw each one individually...i do have a life and people actually paying commissions. I'm sorry i'm trying to tell an interesting story...sorry I'f I'm one person making up the story and art. Sorry that I offered kistune a spot on my website with premade comments, voting, donation options from site, and navigation options to prior comics and they turned me down to post a site with voting booth and 1 comic up, but more coming soon. Just think that was stupid on their part. But then to be bitter over other MLP comics? thats just sad. engenders hostility and makes me think they are crap people at heart. really to be have such jealousy of lesser viewed people? sad.
Anonymous2(1): and ps, what are you accusing me of tracing? really? yeah if you have to shoot down other MLP comics to try to get money for yourself, then yeah, money grubbing would be accurate, and I do remember a $500 donation goal?@kitsuneyoukai: @kitsuneyoukai:
kitsuneyoukai: @Anonymous: having your own site these days isn't that important =I inkbunny handles donations, and if i need voting i can just link to it.*shrug*
and it wasn't even me who accused you of tracing technically, it was @bAv-R34 . i just commenting onto his comment about a the practice essentially =l.
and 500$ divided by 14 page = 35$. some people do 500$ a page comics! could be worse =T
anywho, i just have 1 more page of my comic togo, if i wanted to be money grubbing i'd keep my comic going long after i've stopped caring about MLP, which is why after this last page, me and my writer are moving onto new topics we care about =T.
just chill bro, no ones attacking you... or at least not me XD
sure sounds like you're accusing me of tracing...and poor kistune draws a whole page all by himself..and bitches because a crowd scene was copypasted, you really are petty. But then you think you invented donation based comics too apparently, sad.
kitsuneyoukai: @Anonymous: i didn't bitch dude XD it was bAv-R34
i never actually said you trace, it could be misconstrued i suppose, but its not what i meant and definitely not what i said =I
im not gonna apologize for you misinterpreting what i said, but i am sorry you got offended.
Cobra_McJingleballs: @kitsuneyoukai: dood, apparently you cant read...who was the first person who said trace. YOU. you did not copy that, you accused. so say your sorry, or just be the arrogant prick you are. cuz its there, YUU SAID IT FIRST I know the popufur thing has totally gone to your head, but really?
Cobra_McJingleballs: @Roflcakes: hardly bitter, I watched and encourged those fools comics TILL they accused me of a CRIME, tracing...this is a very grave thing that can get you banned from sites. Yet this fool says they were only responding to people and excuses their accusations of tracing by saying someone else did it first. One can clearing read, THEY mentioned tracing first and all I ask it an apology for that. since I actually posted 2 of the 6 DRAWN changelings in my scraps on inkbunny, before they accused me. so...they need to apologize for accusing me of a heinous artist crime. period. doubt they will do it, as they are popufur head stuck up their asses who think they invented webcomics.
Cobra_McJingleballs: @kitsuneyoukai: You need to apologize for mentioning tracing. You did not respond to anyone who said this, YOU accused me of it, period, no one else before you said this. so stop lying,...so apologize for the tracing commment and its done.
You lied. You accused someone of tracing (ps 2 of the changelings have been in my scraps well before you lied about it my scraps on IB) so admit you lied, and its done(
bAv-R34: I come back 10 days later to see Cobra getting mad.
You really are a pathetic faggot.
Getting mad because somebody implied that you traced. There's nothing wrong with tracing or copypasting, but if you do that then don't fucking give an outrageous price for it. Twenty-five dollars is what I would give for something awe-inspiring that took several grieving hours. Hell, I'd give more than that!
But for half of a page where most of it is copied and pasted with sub-par quality? And then having the artist be an immature twat about implications and accusations? Not a single cent.
0/10.
Cobra_McJingleballs: @bAv-R34: lol....obvious a kistune fanboy.. there is something wrong with tracing, accusations like that can get you banned from artsites. so wrong on that count, agreed, nothing wrong with copypasting in comics. hell they do in animation all the time, whicch is why I mocked people for that being their main criticism, not mad, just really?
as for $25 being outrageous....really? you cheap sorry SOB...most arists charge that for a single pic, let alone a comic page, which is basically 3 pics here....and many charge x2, x3 that for a single pic....so really? get a life and go look at some pricelists, you obviously havent commissioned anyone ever
bAv-R34: @Cobra_McJingleballs: I don't know who kitsuneyoukai is and I couldn't care less.
What I meant by tracing is when you trace something but change some aspects, eg. tracing a pose from one character, but re-drawing it so it's a different character [like superhero comics, tracing wolverine's pose for somebody like Cyclops or Spider-Man]. Meanwhile if you trace somebody else's work line-for-line and claim it as your own, then yes, that's bad.
I am aware that animations have copypasta, as it is more evident in 90's cartoons like Hanna-Barbara shows and a lot of animes.
I am also aware that a lot of artists charge more than twenty dollars. But they are good artists who put effort into their work. They go to art schools to study things like anatomy, perspective, etc. They have a lot of skill and experience, yet they strive to be better than what they already are and improve. You, on the other hand, put no effort into your work. Your anatomy is shoddy, perspective is sub-par, concepts are average, and execution mediocre. And your price is outrageous for something of that quality. There's also the fact that your current works have little to no improvement in comparison to what you drew two years ago. Yes, I just looked at your gallery. I am less than impressed. I am still attending art college and I have the best grades when anatomy, perspective, and proportions of the human body are concerned when compared to my classmates. I have more than six years of artistic experience and I work mostly with lineart and graphite-based grayscale art. It takes me roughly five-to-six hours to do a full-page illustration with nothing but a handful of pencils and an eraser. And for all that, I charge only five fucking dollars. I put more effort into my work and I keep my fucking mouth shut when people point out the problems with my work, hell, sometimes I re-do the whole thing just to fix the problems. And here I am, being bad-mouthed by a whiny prick with low standards of quality. On the internet.
yadda yadda...all that skill, but you think any of this is traced. I have the sketches at the bottom of every photoshop file that show what an asswipe you are. I have never traced. EVER. I draw everything by hand.
so again stop being jealous bitch because I blocked you for being RUDE <--thats why you got blocked.
And why would I be jealous of a whiny person who can't be arsed to draw the same thing several times and then charge a ridiculous price for that amount of effort? I don't know if I should be amused or offended for that implication.
