Because Namcock kinda screwed with the rooster in SCV. There is hard to find a reason for Talim not being in the newest release

Ratounador: talim, mina, zasalmel, yun-soung,and casandra I hope that they shall be in the next version, (amy and rock also) and alpha patroklos should be remplace by setsuka. it's what I expect ^^

If they will make SCVI and they will have enough time to really complete the game (since they didn't had time for SCIV and even less time for SCV which feels like a demo) then maybe perhaps some characters will come back (yes, Rock I miss the most I suppose)
