Zaxares: You know, this actually raises a good question. If the Reapers HAD won, what would they have done with Shepard? Clearly he/she's too valuable to merely turn into a Husk, and Harbinger seems to have some kind of obsession with him/her.
fishmonger: @Zaxares: Yeah, although I haven't played the games (almost done with 1, haven't played 2 or 3 but I've seen/read enough about them to know the general story), I never did understand why Harbinger had such a hard-on for Shepard. I mean, even at the end of 3 when Shepard gets wounded, that's Harbinger that causes his injury, not any of the other countless reapers that were present. And you know that wasn't merely coincidence; Harbinger knew Shepard would show up to that light beam thing, so he just waited until Shep showed up and tried to kill him.
O_Rly: Well, considering Shepard posed as a major threat to the Reaper's plans, is it really that surprising? They're no ordinary human, as proven in 2 when they manage to not only take down the Collectors, but the human Reaper as well. I'd say Harbinger had plenty to be pissed about.
As to what he would to do Shepard, well... Maybe a slow and painful death? I dunno, really.
fishmonger: @O Rly: Well sure, but what about the rest of his crew? Why didn't Harbinger have equal hatred (or even acknowledge as far as I'm aware) for Miranda, Liara, Jack, etc.? He couldn't care less about Shepard's comrades, he only hated Shepard.
fishmonger: @fishmonger: Bah, I changed what I was typing and forgot to correct the text in the parentheses. I should have said "... have equal hatred for (or even acknowledge, which he didn't as far as I'm aware)..."
LuvDaArt: Harbinger is the overlord of the Reapers, and Shepard's ultimate goal is to destroy them. It makes perfect sense to me that Harbinger would develop an obsession with ending Shep's life.
There is nothing wrong with imagery like this, it's just the result of artists using their imagination to envision what would really happen if Shepard gave up.
Anonymous8: @LuvDaArt What if this Shepard didn't give up? What if she was just walking along, shooting Reaper forces then BOOM, Dragon's Tooth RIGHT in the crotch!!!
Anonymous12: I think ive seen this artists work elsewhere on rule 34, I'm sad to say. I honestly don't know how anyone could even stand drawing the gore, let alone finding pleasure in it. It is...disturbing to think about, frankly.
