Anonymous1: That appears to be the Tenth Doctor with Rose. If so, he and David Tennant (the actor) should be tagged.

Anonymous3(1): Thanks, Anon2, I think you've got it. Looking over the synopsis on Wikipedia, the plot is familiar and I'm pretty sure I saw it when it first appeared in the U.S.
