NephtheStampede: Not to get serious on a porn site, but odds are you have an open sore/wound of some sort in your mouth right now Anon1. Oral is not a safe alternative, get tested and wrap it up. Just brushing/flossing/eating is incredibly likely to open up the incredibly sensitive tissues in your mouth and gums, and the blood vessels are extremely close to the surface in there.

I'm all for a joke, but don't spread misinformation dude.
