Farfegnugen: Yumichika was making fun of her because of her smell in Chapters 588-589. Even after calling her out, she was still referred to as a she. Most places online refer to her as a her. Giselle is a girl, just reeks of jizz.
@O Rly: Maybe you should come up with something more official than the manga to prove she's a guy.
O_Rly: She's transgendered, duh. That's why everyone refers to her as a she. I'm guessing you missed the part where Charlotte, who is flamboyant as they come, also immediately noticed there was something off about her.
O_Rly: "Just reeks of jizz", lol, you act like that means nothing at all. Giselle's just a perv and made no objection to all the claims that she wasn't biologically female. You guys can keep being in denial all you want, but the fact remains that the general consensus is this: Giselle is transgendered. If everyone referred to her as a guy, it would be disrespectful.
O_Rly: Alright, last post on this, since I feel the need to evaluate and tone back the bias. It's true that Kubo will probably never reveal the truth about Giselle's gender and we could debate it to death, but what I said about the general consensus is pretty accurate. A large handful of people believe that there is more evidence pointing to Giselle being trans/a crossdresser than there is her being a genuine cis woman. Kubo made some deliberately vague hints.
So with that in mind, I think it's fine to keep the rule 63 tag. Unless we just remove it altogether from pictures of Giselle, which would arguably be the most accurate.
Farfegnugen: "Rule 63 is a rule that states that every character has been drawn as the opposite sex. Hermaphrodites (including futanari/dickgirls) and transvestites don't qualify for this rule, so don't tag them as Rule_63." I swear, we went through this with Majin Buu a few months ago. So even she's packing man meat, you can't tag her/him/whatever as 63.
Andyisfapping: I quote from the trivia section of Giselle''s bleach wiki "In extra pages detailing some of the Sternritter that were released with chapter 615 in Shonen Jump, Giselle is confirmed to be biologically male.'
Anonymous3: Giselle is MALE. Anyone who says otherwise is lying t themselves because they cant accept a beautiful boy as equal substitute for a girl. Japanese transsexuals are equal to girls.
strifer1000: Til we actually see in her pants, you can't actually confirm it. But 2 people in the universe said she reeked of jizz, so she is either a boy or a slut. And later on she used "I' in a masculine form (boku), so she is either a he or a super tomboy. I'm leaning towards her being a male. That being said, she dresses and acts female. So i appreciate her rule 63 version a crap ton better.
