Metaknight145: @Naruka9733: I didn't make this, and I have Gimp and Paint.Net.

Naruka9733: @Metaknight145: With something as simple as this, you can use the Fuzzy Select Tool (U) to grab all the black around the characters and just delete it in GIMP.
