Regarding the nostril structure, here's a really fast bit of touching on the three you submitted earlier:

The problem with the nostrils lies with the 'v' shape, from the view and angle it seems a tad off, but the reduction of it's length is still an improvement. You might consider a small 'u' for the cartilage underneath the nostrils rather than the 'v' above.
Regarding the lips, the two 'happy/frown' wrinkles are a bit too wide as well. The style works, but given the rest of your very detailed anatomy (a good thing!), the slightly manga take feels a bit off from the everything else.
For the top lip, it might be worth considering making it a tad fuller, and concave upwards. Having the top lip form downwards with the bottom again isn't a bad style, but since doing this has a more doujin feel it's better to try and make the lip a bit fuller. You could also try the approach of minimizing lips altogether if you're intending on making the mouth appear open.
Sometimes less is more, but ultimately it's your style, and barring everything else it looks great :). Hope the link helps you a bit.
Anonymous4: getting better but it draws attention to the lack of an upper lip and the two holes that serve as nostrils are disorienting to look at due to the angle mismatch
Nostrils should on be visible from a down up perspective or a head angle that reveals them such as tilting the head back
Even then artists choose to ignore placing them, the main idea is to get the shape of the nose to make the viewer think it is there as a point of reference for the rest of the face
Anonymous6: Thanks for all the feedback ladies and gents. I'm going to work on some other drawings for a bit, then come back to this with a fresh outlook.
The nose will be heavily adjusted/redrawn, and I'll probably completely redraw the mouth, and the eyes I'll probably make some alterations to.
I also plan on rounding out her jawline a bit and fixing some other things such as her right ear being smaller.
Anonymous7: @Stormbringer: Perfecto'
The problem being style... obviously with adjustments it could work, but right there it's too striking.
Of course that's rough though.
