O_Rly: Yes you can, in the search bar enter upvoted_by_id=(whatever your id number is). Not sure what you mean by not being able to find anything. All you really need is the character's name, you can filter out other characters using the minus tag. I get wanting specifics so you can narrow the search even more, but I feel it's too complicated, and the staff probably do too.
O_Rly: I don't care if I'm being rude, that's just how things work around here and complaining isn't going to change anything. Go to Danbooru if you want tags like that.

If you ask me, it should be. It'd be really helpful. Same with being able to favorite.
