Tumor: No. Mangle is canonically a redesign of Foxy, who is male. Not to mention that the creator has stated none of the animatronics have changed intended genders, meaning Mangle is still just Foxy, despite the inclusion in "Ladies' Night" (which seems more like a balance issue than anything).
