The reason why I typed the comment in the first place is to let people know that it's a lube bottle and not a syringe or anything, of course though the bottle wouldn't be that thick if it were a syringe. First time I saw this pic I thought it was a syringe until I read that it was lube. Are you familiar with Spyfox?
