jubilation_t_cornpone: It has come to my attention that this pic was only commissioned by Phillipthe2, not modified by him. We don't tag people who commission, request, or suggest. Only those who actually create or modify a particular pic. The tag has been removed.

traffik: @jubilation_t_cornpone: May I suggest that the 'tagme' be removed as well? It got left on the pic after the lock but is unnecessary.

jubilation_t_cornpone: Also, if anyone else encounters this situation (tag for just commissioning or otherwise CAUSING pic to be created/modified, not actually creating/modifying), please remove that tag or report if you can't.
