GetBLACKED: @Shopmeister: You seem to not understand what racism is. Its not just changing the skin color. That to me is perfectly fine, no what what you change it to. However, if i changed the skin color THEN proceeded bashed on on the dudes race. Then it would be racist. Thankfully though, im not like SOME of the people who makes white edits (A couple of them are pretty cool though. Respect.)
Also what does rating have to do with if i ts racist or not. Kek. The white edits have more upvotes, are they for some reason not as racist? Cant buy into your logic, sorry.
Shopmeister: The "Bashing" is based on altering artist's work without taking said artist's intention or desires into account. If the artist wanted the protagonist to be black, he would have painted him such. The racism is when someone decides they want to change an artists work, because THEY don't like seeing white men having sex, they want to see black men instead, and then re-post it. It represents "I don't like white, I want black".
Anonymous4: Racist or not, options are nice to have. And as long as he's keeping to himself and not making offensive comments on pics involving white men, I'm not seeing the problem.
Like, make an all-white edit of an interracial pic if you want - just don't troll the comment section of the original pic with some dumb rant about "attractive and successful Africans".
And why did you even bring up the pic's score? Some downvotes can have easily been done by racists themselves.
Shopmeister: Vote can be skewed, no doubt about it, but they are often the bellwether by which general opinion can be judged.
Were I talented enough to be an artist instead of just s rank amateur colorist, I would want to be asked permission before my artwork is altered. And while I would have no problem if some colorist wanted to change a white character black, to do the opposite might be viewed by me as possibly racist. If so, why couldn't the artist of THIS image be upset by the reverse?
Anonymous5: Thanks arojo for being a great human being.
Meanwhile I'll say that there's nothing racist about this image: in no way does this image enforce bias treatment of any group of people.
This image flirts with plagiarism but I don't really care. If the original artist was worried about people copying his/her work, it wouldn't be online. I bet InCase likes to see his/her work spread anyhow.
Anonymous11: *eats popcorn as a Black guy reading over comments from white people arguing about what should offend me.* I mean, I'd give her a pearl necklace. She doesn't need an excuse to love the British Broadcasting Corporation, it's more the rule than the exception really.

No need to buy my logic, this one's on the house.
