Along with miniature cameras, he's had planted all over the good Inspectors home, he now can keep an eye over his comings and goings, being able to watch what's going on inside the house, and, whenever Brain's with him, almost eighteen hours, sometimes! Until they were shorted out by an EMP blast from the Sun, he was almost constantly recording and gathering information on these three, and, the Chief, when he showed up. However, this experiment was most useful, both in terms of information gathered, and, profitability! Dr, Claw has made many millions, selling these films, and, now, is working towards turning Penny and Brain, into M.A.D. Prostitutes, for hire, on the worldwide stage, which he'll do with Clones, and/or, Robots!
