RocketDog: @Anonymous: Be careful with a cheap tablet though! $20 is WAY too cheap!!! I bought one but ended up giving it to my mom who gave it to the mom of a disabled boy who loves to draw. So, it was worth buying, but not for me.
dlt: @RocketDog: Good point. Also, Wacom is not necessarily the best go-to choice these days. Sure, they have brand recognition but they're somewhat overpriced. There are also some serious problems with their USB ports, just do a quick search for 'wacom usb port broken' and see for yourself.
I also made the mistake of getting a large-scale Intuos as my first tablet, it was actually a chore to use because of how much space it took and it didn't honestly matter to have it be relative to a regular international A4-sized sheet of paper. It's actually easier to work on a medium- or a small-scale one.
