@Anonymous: Learning is about observation and practice, as cliche as it sounds there is no other way. With internet you can gather inspiration from many different places. About your question, I think artists should strive to be able to draw poses naturally, wich require a big amount of time invested in its practice. Reading a book about anatomy drawing to help you understand basic concepts first, it doesn't need be perfect, remember manga often has stylized anatomy. Then pick a photo and try to draw the pose on your own, then search for mangas so you can see what other artists come up with, like angles and such. As for myself, I'm still learning too, that's why some of my pics seem a bit odd. My poses and compositions still need work compared to other great artists out there. The line between a drawing style and bad anatomy/poses is thin, and a big challenge. But if you dominate basic concepts, it should be easier to work for it.
