narsaku: I erased the original head then drew sakura's in replacement, cut out the body, drew a new background, changed the scene from bright daylight to night, decensored both futa cocks, captions, added opacity so you can see skin through the panties... Uhh.. Post processing effects, motion blur, marks.. Can't remember what else.
